Our Mission

We are a fellowship of SIOR professionals united by a shared commitment to following Jesus — sharpening one another in excellence, practicing ethical brokerage, and transforming our industry through integrity, generosity, and servant leadership that carries eternal impact.

Our Story

What began in 1974 as a small breakfast gathering of twelve SIOR members has grown into a global fellowship of leaders united by faith, purpose, and professional excellence.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

— Matthew 18:20
